As of January 1st, 2010, L’Entraide Assurance Mutual Company and UL Mutual officially merged their activities under one single name, i.e. UL Mutual (L’Union-Vie, compagnie mutuelle d’assurance).
This transaction is a merge of both companies’ strengths in order to further develop their businesses, while offering an even more diversified set of financial products. Clearly, this means that we will offer stability, financial strength, complimentary expertise in order to consolidate and further develop current activities.
